This 2-week course will introduce new CrossFitters to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training. This course includes coaching, nutrition for fitness, functional movements, and will prepare anyone for regular CrossFit training. All six sessions are mandatory. If you need to make up a session you must reschedule with the coach. Each make up session is $60. You must complete the six sessions before you may graduate to regular CrossFit classes. (Rescheduling must be done with 24 hour notice to avoid extra fee). Price: $240 Make up Session: $60
