Classes are structured to be physically challenging in order to get you in the best shape of your life. Classes last around an hour and start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by either skill, strength, and/or mobility work, the workout of the day (WOD), and end with a cool down. The team atmosphere and the intensity that it brings is unrivaled when compared to individual training.
